More about our kitchens
Made to measure in every shape and form
Every kitchen we make is completely bespoke — built to any size, in many materials, and finished in any colour. There are no standard units or fixed dimensions; each design is made to fit the exact requirements of your space.
Certified products
Our manufacturer only uses solid wood certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and moisture-resistant board which complies with E1 European Emissions Standard.
Perfectly crafted, made-to-order doors
Our manufacturer never keeps doors in stock, as long-term storage in uncontrolled conditions can lead to expansion from moisture. Each door is made to order and precisely machined to size using specialised CNC equipment, eliminating common issues such as joint gaps, colour variation, and grain inconsistencies. This bespoke approach ensures a flawless fit, finish, and quality every time.
Textured wood doors
All our wood doors are made from high-quality American Ash, carefully dried to the correct moisture content. All our Ash products are manufactured to order simultaneously from the same batch of material. This guarantees consistent grain texture throughout.
Industry-first moisture-smart door design:
Wood products naturally expand and contract with moisture. Our manufacturer has redesigned the doors with panel locators and expansion gaps, accommodating fluctuations in moisture content levels while maintaining structural integrity, ensuring stability. An industry first with intellectual design rights applied.
Innovative one-piece technology
Traditional five-piece doors expand and contract with moisture, which can stress the frame and cause warping. Our one-piece high-grade MDF doors, made using innovative One-Piece Technology, are precision-machined as a single unit. This offers sharp internal corner profiles while maintaining the refined aesthetics of a five-piece door, with superior stability and resistance to movement.
Premium water-based paint:
Waterborne paint technology has progressed significantly and now equals or surpasses the performance of solvent-based products. We use water-based paint for all our painted products, providing a robust finish and easy, user-friendly touch-ups. Our paints have far lower VOCs and minimal fumes, making them healthier and safer than traditional solvent-based options, while remaining durable, high-performing, and environmentally friendly.
Assembled without screws or glue
Our in-frame kitchens are assembled in Stroud using the Lamello P-System for exceptional precision and strength. This innovative system allows our craftsmen to mount doors to the cabinetry with perfect alignment and a durable, lasting connection. The Zeta P2 joiner enables fast, glue-free assembly, while the form-locking connectors create clean, seamless joints that enhance both the integrity and appearance of the finished cabinetry.
